Thank you for your patience on the schooling show date! We have decided on Oct. 11, which is the week before the Pumkin Roll. This year, the Pumpkin Roll will be held at UNR and is moved to an earlier date than usual. Hope to see you both places!

Our summer series includes a SADDLE PAD FOR HIGH POINT OF EACH SHOW and a BEAUTIFUL WOOL BLACK DRESS SHEET, trimmed in BURGUNDY & CREAM with a BRAIDED HIP ORNAMENT, for High Point of Series.
We will begin our series on July 12.

and any changes to ride times.
FEES
• Class Fee $19
• Horse/Administrative Fee $6
• Refunds less $6 admin. fee before closing date, no refund after
closing date unless space can be filled from waiting list.
STABLING
• Stalls/paddocks may be available for day use for $12 – please
check the week before for availability.
Refreshments available on grounds during show.

INTELLIGENCE, PERFORMANCE, ELEGANCE - That's the Friesian horse.

We are pleased to announce that 2 of our Ster gelding Friesians have placed in the top 3 in the country with the International Friesian Show Horse Association (IFSHA) in the category of "IFSHA Horse of the Year Open Dressage", with Lente placing First and Enno placing Third. Lente and Ellen have also won the USDF/IFSHA Dressage Horse of the Year.
HERE AT AVALON, it is our aim to promote the Friesian in Dressage, importing Forward-moving horses on which the amateur rider can ride with confidence and win in the show ring. This popular and beautiful breed is excelling in dressage and the fact that these horses have such sound minds is only a bonus.

To his credit, Lente not only qualified for the CDS and USDF Championships but also placed in the top 15 out of over 650 Training level competitors who also qualified for those two championships. This has truly been an awesome and inspiring show season!!
